Hi there, this is David. Recently I went through some tough times. But I came through it. All through the power of mindfulness. For many years I struggled. Different jobs. Toxic relationships. And it was tough. But in the end I figured most of it out. Though there’s always room for improvement. But over time I’ve found that I just needed to find ways to Zen out and be mindful. And exercise is what seemed to work for me. And my instinct was right as usual. For years I used to go run in nature but it was wrecking my legs. It bothered me that part of my life might be over. My legs just couldn’t take the wear and tear. Then I had a idea. I would just buy an exercise bike and get my cardio that way. It was a good thing too. I got the same type of good Zen feeling from the cardio using it. And it was without the wear and tear. Doing that changed my whole philosophy about life, career, and relationships. From here I’m only going to focus on self improvement. Both in my writing and in my daily work. I just wanted to thank the world by shouting into the void. Follow my blog and I will try to give decent tips on exercise and fitness. I might get it wrong every once and a while but I’m always here to help. Have a good rest of your day.
